Secret Society Restoring Gnomes

The Gnome Restoration Society, an undercover group living in the Canadian town of Kelowna, has a unique mission of stealing garden gnomes and returning them refurbished. Earlier this summer, Kelowna native Kelly Blair discovered that his cherished collection of garden gnomes was missing from his front lawn. Weeks later, an elderly woman appeared at his door delivering him a note addressed to “The Homeowner” from “The Gnome Restoration Society”. The anonymous woman returned all of the missing gnomes, which had also been cleaned, painted, and repaired. She refused to respond to any questions about the secret society and claimed to only be a delivery patron for the group. A perplexed Blair took to social media for answers, and found others in a community group with similar stories. Although the mystery of The Gnome Restoration Society continues, Blair is simply happy to have his gnomes back in better shape than when he last saw them.
