London’s Southbank Centre has recently opened REPLAY: A Limitless Recycled Playground, a one-of-a-kind play space made entirely from repurposed waste materials. Designed by The Herd Theatre, this imaginative playground turns discarded items—like fashion show backdrops, TV props, bandage factory tubes, and even the red carpet from the BAFTAs—into a fun and creative environment for kids. Adding to the magic, the space even features a soundtrack made from sounds produced by the recycled materials. Open until June 1, 2025, REPLAY is all about showing how sustainability and play can go hand in hand, proving that "trash" can be turned into something truly special.
