Jane Goodall Barbie

Life in recycled plastic is fantastic for the newest Barbie. That’s right, Barbie’s new addition is the first to be made entirely out of recycled ocean plastic and is modeled after iconic primatologist Dr. Jane Goodall. Goodall’s doll marks the 62nd anniversary of her first trek to Gombe National Park, where her study of primates began. The eco-friendly Barbie is part of the “Inspiring Women” series, which also includes dolls like Maya Angelou and Eleanor Roosevelt. Along with the addition of the Goodall doll, Barbie also announced that they are adding a variety of leadership positions to level-up their sustainability practices. Shop the doll in stores and online now!
